Regarding "the circle", when you say there will be "no spectators", do you mean this literally? Does this mean you discriminate against musical giftings or public speaking which is done before an audience or congregation? In other words, if you have a drummer, bassist and electric guitarist who feel like God has gifted and called them to use these gifts in a corporate worship setting, are you going to tell them, "Sorry, for you to 'perform' that would require spectators, and one of our Core values is the elimination of performer/audience based worship"?
Everyone has a gift to exercise, and spectating is not one of them. Naturally, though, we are not expected to exercise our particular gifts 24/7. Sometimes we have to take time to encourage others in their gifts, such as by listening to a gifted musician.
In other words, it's ok to be blessed by others, even if that blessing comes by way of rock 'n' roll worship music or fervent preaching, so long as this doesn't supplant or supercede the intimacy and gift-expression of home churches. Am i reading you right?
Well, I wouldn't say that this concept ties directly into Home Churches. I think it's applicable to any church style or format. The fact is... everyone has a job to do.

How about this... no "career spectators."
